A2: Submitting an under-the-cap code on the cloudigo platform to get the chance to win is free, subject to buying any 500ml Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola, Sprite or Sprite Zero, or 300 ml Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero.

Q3: What can I win?

A3: Throughout the campaign, there will be a number of gifts that you can instantly win!

Q4: Does inputting the same code more than once increase my chances of winning?

A4: No, by inputting the same under-the-cap code you found in any 500ml Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola, Sprite or Sprite Zero, or 300 ml Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero you will not increase your chances of winning.

Q5: Can I participate more than once?

A5: You can participate each time you buy any 500ml Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola, Sprite or Sprite Zero, or 300 ml Coca-Cola or Coca-Cola Zero bottle. Each bottle you buy will have a code under the cap which you can then submit on the cloudigo app. A Participant may not input more than ten (10) Codes during any day (00:01-00:00)

Q7: I won a gift, what do I do now?

A7: Once you win a gift, this will be automatically added in the 'My Gifts' section of the cloudigo application. Each gift will have its own Terms & Conditions and validity periods, so it's very important these are read beforehand.

In-store Gifts

If the gift is to be redeemed in-store, then all you need to do is visit the respective outlet where the gift can be redeemed, showing the gift to the cashier and pressing on 'Get Code'. The cashier will then ask you to scan your smartphone against a cloudigo QR code in order to validate your gift.

Digital Gifts

If the gift is to be redeemed on a particular website/application, then you need to click on the Gift on the cloudigo app and press on 'Get Code'. The cloudigo App will provide you with a code that needs to be entered in the respective website and will entitle you the free gift. For further instructions, check out the Gift details on the cloudigo application.
